Our model CA-1207 is 0.022 inch in diameter and is constructed of stainless steel tubing. This pin has a 350 VDC standoff capability. Standard lengths are 1/2- to 3-inches. Our pin model CA-1040 is our lowest cost ionization pin. It is made of a specially designed and extruded stainless steel tube (0.032in. dia.) over a Teflon insulated center conductor that has an operational capability of 350 VDC. Standard lengths are 1/2- to 3 inches. Other lengths are also available at an additional cost. Specify pin length, Lp, upon ordering. See our model CA-1041 for adapter/cable arrangement. Construction with stainless steel outer conductor, is now our standard design.

Our pin models CA-1135-i, CA-1136-i, and CA-1134-i are ionization probes that can be obtained by simply leaving out the PZT-5A crystals used for the construction of our piezoelectric pins. See models CA-1135, CA-1136, and CA-1134. All other aspects of construction remain the same.

A 50-Ohm 1/8 watt resistance can also be placed inside the adapter for line impedance matched termination. Such arrangements become our model CA-1209 and CA-1044 (see next). All cable used is manufactured in the USA.
